Darkly, wryly, and absurdly comic: that’s how life in our city is seen from Brady’s window seat. In a series of selected scenes and monologues, love, death and taxes are all examined along with power trips and yoga. The dead speak of their lives in the 20th Century, and Shakespeare and his Anne call out from the 16th. These stories–all love stories, with Valentine’s Day heading towards us with all its hearts and flowers–are the kind you tell around a kitchen a table. Well, Brady’s kitchen table.
