3GT Weekend Update

We had a great company meeting with the whole gang in attendance on Saturday afternoon at Caffe Greco in North Beach (shout out to Carlos and the boys for keeping us well caffeinated!) All of our playwrights have so much going on it’s hard to keep up. Readings, productions. . . Pat, Margery, Robin and Lee all have works on stage in just the next month. Plus, in addition to gearing up for our 2014 Salon Staged Reading Series, the Company has a slew of exciting new projects in the works. Stay tuned for more info!
Top of agenda was our 3GT Club membership campaign, which started two weeks ago and runs through the end of the year. We’re hoping to make it short and sweet, so we can all focus on our plays and stop worrying about production costs. If you haven’t already joined, don’t wait– judging from its original development reading last March, the January 12 kick-off concert reading for Patricia Milton’s MOMENTS OF TRUTH (music by Caroline Altman) will be a hot ticket.
With so much happening, we were thrilled to welcome Mary Powelson, our new Associate Artist, Development, who’ll be guiding us as we enter the daunting world of grant-writing.
